Use of the GenFuture Program

GenFuture is an online future-readiness program specifically designed for young people consisting of information modules presented on an Online Learning Management System, as well as our website, services, social media channels, and other resources made available to you from time to time (the GenFuture Program).

For the purposes of this Code of Conduct, the GenFuture Program includes the following:

 

GenFuture aims to create an environment for young people to feel inspired to introspect, reflect and make bold, inspiring moves. GenFuture is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment for everyone in the Genfuture Community regardless of disability, gender, neuro(a)typicality, political views, race, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic status or background. GenFuture is dedicated to bringing everyone together and encourages its members in the community to engage with each other in a safe and respectful manner.

The purpose of this code of conduct is to outline GenFutures expectations of its users’ behaviour when engaging with the GenFuture Program.

In this Code of Conduct:

  • • User(s) means any active user who engages in the GenFuture Program.
  • • Inappropriate behaviour may include, but is not limited to, ongoing or one-off behaviour that is:
  • Belittling, or subtle expressions of bias;
  • Verbal, physical, or written abuse or assault;
  • Bullying, intimidation or victimisation;
  • Discrimination; and
  • Harassment.
